"I lived on the stage, and even at six, slept behind the seats of the theatre," she stated in an interview.According to her mother, when O'Day was six, she was at a performance of The Nutcracker and started to cry. Her mother asked her during intermission what was wrong; O'Day recalls that moment as the one she "officially" realized her love for entertainment.

Short Bio

Aubrey O'Day claims that she was so entertainment-obsessed that she slept behind theater seats when she was 6. As she grew up, she joined productions of The Wizard of Oz, Rent and The Sound of Music, but also grew fond of rap music from The Notorious B.I.G. and P. Diddy.

She got up close and personal with P. Diddy on Making the Band 3, a reality TV show in which she became Danity Kane's first singer. The group's debut album hit the top of the Billboard 200 in 2006, sending Aubrey O'Day on tour with Christina Aguilera, but a tumultuous 2008 left her out of the band and alone

hot and sexy Nadine Velazquez photo gallery

Nadine Velazquez (born November 20, 1978) is an American actress and model.

Velazquez was born in Chicago, Illinois, of Puerto Rican descent. She attended Notre Dame High School for Girls, and has a BA in marketing. Her first acting role was a McDonald commercial as a drive-thru lady. She was also originally cast as Fernando Sucre's girlfriend Maricruz Delgado in the Fox television series Prison Break but acquired a role in My Name Is Earl instead.

Her latest roles were in the film War with Jet Li and Jason Statham, and in the Oxygen Network original television film Husband for Hire. She recently starred in the NBC series My Name Is Earl as Catalina Aruca. In 2006 she was ranked #54 in 102 sexiest women in the world, citation needed] and was named #39 in the annual Maxim Hot 100 list.

Though she remains best known for her role on My Name is Earl, Nadine Velazquez has started -- slowly but surely -- to branch out into other endeavors designed to establish her as more than just another pretty face. In addition to her appearance alongside Mario Lopez and Mark Consuelos in Husband for Hire, Nadine Velazquez has busied herself by taking on a small but pivotal role in an upcoming Christina Ricci comedy entitled All’s Faire in Love. The arrival of her risqué 2009 calendar indicates that Nadine Velazquez isn’t quite ready to completely abandon her sultry reputation, and we’re grateful for her willingness to capitalize on her jaw-dropping beauty.

There’s little doubt that maids the world over owe Nadine Velazquez a debt of gratitude, as the actress has single-handedly infused the profession with a jolt of unexpected sensuality with her irresistibly sultry work as Catalina on My Name is Earl. The NBC series has proved instrumental in cementing Nadine Velazquez’s reputation as one of the small screen’s sexiest icons, and her role in 2008’s made-for-television movie Husband for Hire effectively perpetuates that image. It’s certainly an impressive turnabout for an actress previously best known for appearances in entirely forgettable efforts, including 2004’s Eddie Griffin action flick Blast and the needless 2005 House of the Dead sequel. Alicia Augello Cook was born January 25, 1981 better known by her stage name Alicia Keys, is an American recording artist, musician and actress. She was raised in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan in New York by her single mother, where Keys made a television appearance on The Cosby Show at the age of four. She attended Professional Performing Arts School and graduated at 16. She later attended Columbia University before dropping out to pursue her music career. Keys released her debut album with J Records, having had previous record deals first with Columbia and then Arista Records.

Keys' debut album, Songs in A Minor, was a commercial success, selling over 12 million copies worldwide. She became the best-selling new artist and best-selling R&B artist of 2001. The album earned Keys five Grammy Awards in 2002, including Best New Artist and Song of the Year for "Fallin'". Her second studio album, The Diary of Alicia Keys, was released in 2003 and was also another success worldwide, selling eight million copies. The album garnered her an additional four Grammy Awards in 2005. Later that year, she released her first live album, Unplugged, which debuted at number one in the United States. She became the first female to have an MTV Unplugged album to debut at number one and the highest since Nirvana in 1994.

Keys made guest appearances in several television series in the following years. She made her film debut in Smokin' Aces and went on to appear in The Nanny Diaries in 2007. Her third studio album, As I Am, was released in the same year and sold six million copies worldwide, earning Keys an additional three Grammy Awards. The following year, she appeared in The Secret Life of Bees, which earned her a nomination at the NAACP Image Awards. Throughout her career, Keys has won numerous awards and has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, establishing herself as one of the best-selling artists of her time.

The mean streets of Hell’s Kitchen have produced their fair share of thugs and lowlifes. However, on January 25, 1981, the planets aligned and a beautiful, angelic soul rose from the urban decay. She was named Alicia Augello Cook, but we know her as Alicia Keys. She began playing the piano at age 7 and quickly showed a deft musical ear. So deft, in fact, that she left university after just four weeks to focus on music. That appears to have been a good decision -- she has since sold over 30 million albums worldwide and has the only duet in Bond soundtrack history to her credit (the theme song to Quantum of Solace).
